Does Chameleon integrate with ... ?

Chameleon has 30+ native integrations. You can find the one you’re looking for here. There are integrations to help you target the right users in Chameleon, analyze your Chameleon data alongside your product data, and do things like book meetings and get feedback from within Chameleon experiences.

Which integrations are two-way?

Our integrations with Amplitude, Customer.io, Freshpaint, Heap, HubSpot, Mixpanel, Segment, and Zapier are two-way. That means you can send data from the tool into Chameleon (think audience segments) and from Chameleon into the tool (think interactions with in-app experiences).

How easy is it to set up an integration?

Activating one of our native integrations is as easy as clicking a couple of buttons.

Can Chameleon experiences be embedded directly into web pages?

They sure can! Currently, Banners and Cards can be embedded directly into your product (with no code!) to catch attention without interrupting users.

What types of resource centers can you create in Chameleon?

Chameleon resource centers are known as Launchers. Launchers can be configured as checklists, help centers, or as a list of links. They can be triggered by clicking on a widget or embedded in-line in your product's interface.

How can Chameleon experiences be customized to look native?

Experiences that look and feel native to your product are so important to us, we named our company after them. With Chameleon, you can bring your own fonts and icons, set defaults for colors, button styles, and more, and customize even deeper with custom CSS. Set up a theme that matches your brand guidelines once and save it as your account default or turn it into a template to reuse.

How does rate limiting (aka frequency capping, throttling, prioritization) work?

You can set granular rate limits based on the in-app experience and audience segment to control how often users are seeing your experiences. This feature is part of our Growth and Enterprise plans.

Can you trigger Chameleon in-app experiences based on specific user actions?

Absolutely! You can send data into Chameleon from your product analytics tool, CDP, and CRM to create audiences for your experiences that are fine-tuned and specific.

Can you A/B test experiences in Chameleon?

Yes, natively and in a few clicks! Design your experience and then decide if you want to run an A/B test (each group gets a different version of the experience) or a control test (only one group is served an experience). Determine what percent of the audience should see each version and if you want the test to pick a winner automatically once 95% confidence is reached, based on the goal you set.

How does Chameleon's pricing work?

The first thing to know: how many Monthly Tracked Users (MTUs) aka unique users of your product will you be sending to Chameleon per month? Our Free and Startup plans are directly proportional to these users, while our Growth and Enterprise plans offer larger buckets of usage to give you room to expand.

Next, if you’ll be making limited use of Chameleon, our Startup plan may be enough for you. Otherwise, you can check out our Growth or Enterprise plan for features including unlimited Experiences, A/B testing, CRM integrations, rate limiting, and localization.
